A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF BUHLER, KANSAS, FROM THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-1222, GENERAL STATUTES OF KANSAS, RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE MUNICIPAL LIBRARY BOARD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BUHLER, KANSAS;

1.       Pursuant to the Home Rule Powers granted to it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Kansas Constitution. Members of the Buhler Municipal Library Board do not need to be residents of the City of Buhler, Kansas.
